Cashew Queso

Ingredients

1 cup raw cashews

⅓ cup water

1 clove garlic

¼ cup nutritional yeast

1 tablespoon chili powder

Salt to taste

Instructions

In a blender, add the cashews, water, garlic, nutritional yeast, and chili powder. Blend until smooth.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Use it in a quesadilla, a dip for tortilla chips, or on a taco bowl.
