Tofu Scramble

Ingredients:

  • ½ tablespoon neutral oil (sunflower, avocado, canola, etc.)

  • 1 block firm tofu

  • 1 tablespoon turmeric

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder 

  • ½ tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Next, use your hands to crumble tofu into the pan. Cook until the tofu is warmed through. 

  2. Once the tofu is cooked, add turmeric, chili powder, garlic powder, and nutritional yeast. Stir until well combined. 

  3. Can be served with toast, potatoes, rice, or anything you’d like!
